Biography


James Duffin is a paralegal with experience across a wide range of civil and criminal matters in both trial and appellate courts. He has worked in collections and creditor rights, landlord–tenant law, personal injury, estate planning, business law, bankruptcy, and family law practices.

James enjoys legal excavation: reviewing the trial record to uncover relevant facts and identify legal issues to raise, conducting legal research, and drafting motions and appellate briefs. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Utah State University and a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
