Please note: Lotus Appellate Law handles appellate work, including appellate motion practice in the district court — the post-trial motions that preserve and shape the issues for appeal. When we take on that work, we appear for the appellate motion only; we don’t step into the role of your district-court litigation attorney. For that reason, if a case is still active at the trial level, we ask that you have separate trial counsel in place. What we don’t do is trial-court litigation itself.

We welcome inquiries from individuals as well as from attorneys seeking appellate co-counsel or a referral for their clients. What we don’t offer is document review, coaching, or other limited-scope help to parties who intend to stay self-represented.
